How Long Per Person?
Each person’s session will take about ten to fifteen minutes. Setup is quick, as Howard brings all necessary equipment directly to your office. From there, you can expect him to help each employee through expressions and poses so that they feel comfortable and authentic in front of the camera. Photos are taken fairly quickly ( Howard is quick! ) and then each employee can review their images to make sure they have at least one photo they’re proud to display on LinkedIn and their resume.

How Many Images Does Each Person Choose From?
After each person’s session is complete, they are given access to a private online gallery of the photos from their session. From there, each employee selects their preferred photo. While the exact number can vary, most people choose from about three photos. Why? Howard aims to make everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. They discuss and practice poses, work on lighting, and go through dozens of options together until everyone is happy with their final image. This process helps ensure that each person only has three-or-so quality photos to choose from.
