Capture Style Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Session fees are not refundable. Once your session is booked, it is yours alone, and your payment is secured. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise, your session fee can be transferred to a new date if you reschedule within 30 days.

Your session time is blocked off specifically for you. And if you’ve scheduled hair and makeup, that time is blocked off for them as well. Last minute cancellations affect both your schedule and ours.

Life happens. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, contact us as soon as you know. If we re-book within 30 days of your original session date, we will transfer your session fee to the new shoot.
